Description
The Moon Person, 2 2017
Mounted Dibond Print on Aluminum 2/10 30 x 40 inches
The Moon Person is influenced by a Biloxi (an indigenous tribe from Louisiana/Mississippi Valley) oral story with the same name. In earlier days, the Moon Person would visit the people of this area. One day, a child with a muddied hand placed their hand on the Moon Person, causing him shame and eventual disappearance toward the sky.
