These exhibits, which were originally scheduled to be hosted at Hell Gate Arts and The Revival Romanesque Row House Gallery, will now be presented on EnFoco.org as interactive exhibitions in partnership with the venues. These digital iterations will allow En Foco to maintain its commitment to present artists, honor the relationships fostered with local venues, and provide quality arts programming in these trying quarantine times.SURREAL HISTORIESSurreal Histories features the fantastical storytelling photography of Sandra Ayala, Jeremy Dennis, and Karisha Hickman. With history as a precursor, these works feel timeless yet timely, identifying unique narratives that speak of the Native American, African American, and Latinx experiences of “America.” Look for updates on Changing Landscapes, which opened June 4, the En Foco Fellowship exhibit, and more. Go to www.enfoco.org or follow bio link for details. Karisha Hickman, Legacy, In Pursuit series, 2018; Jeremy Dennis, The Woman of Stone, Stories series, 2017; and Sandra Ayala, A Scene from his Movie, The Boy series 2012.#pocphotographers #NuevaLuz #bronxphotostories #bronxarts #enfocofellow #EnFoco #ags
