Join Our Unfinished Revolution(s) curator Presley Rodriguez and Shinnecock artist Jeremy Dennis for a discussion about the themes presented in the exhibition and Dennis’ works created especially for it.
Our Unfinished Revolution(s), on view at the Hofstra University Museum of Art through July 24, 2026, commemorates the U.S. Semiquincentennial and the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The exhibition invites visitors to reflect on the nation’s history and consider its future through art that poses questions about the founding document’s historical legacy.
In addition to Dennis, artists represented in Our Unfinished Revolution(s) include William Hogarth, Alexander Calder, and Faith Ringgold.
Registration is required. Registration begins June 16 through Baldwin Public Library.
